❓ Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you accept Medicare?

Yes. We are Medicare Part B providers. That means you can receive physical therapy at home without being homebound or needing home health services.

2. Do you accept other insurances?

We are in the process of credentialing with most PPO plans. Feel free to contact us and we’ll check your eligibility and coverage.

3. Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No referral is needed to get started. If one is required for your insurance, we can help coordinate it.

4. Do I need to be homebound to qualify?

No. This is not home health. You can receive care at home even if you are mobile, working, or driving — as long as PT is medically necessary.

5. What kinds of conditions do you treat?

We treat balance issues, falls, chronic pain, joint replacements, post-surgical recovery, weakness after illness, and more. If you're unsure, reach out — we’ll help determine if PT is right for you.

6. Who will be treating me?

All sessions are provided one-on-one by Dr. Mo Khaled, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy — not an aide or tech.

7. How long are the visits?

Initial evaluations and follow-up visits typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs and plan of care.

8. How do I get started?

You can call or text us at (949) 434-4980, or fill out the contact form. We’ll reach out to schedule a free phone consult.

9. What areas do you serve?

We provide in-home visits throughout Orange County, California, including Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, and surrounding areas.

10. Is physical therapy at home as effective as in a clinic?

Yes. In many cases, it’s even more effective because the treatment is personalized to your real-life environment and needs.
